    We are unable to offer refunds on your purchase after your order has been dispatched. Due to the delicate and complex nature of fragrance materials and issues relating to possible contamination, returns can not be accepted.

    The lead time for shipping is 3 to 5 working days. Delivery made via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail unless otherwise requested and arranged.

    The delivery time will vary depending on your location.

    Postage and handling is not included in the price for orders. And will be billed prior to shipping.
